So excited

Today finds me sooo excited. Am about to go global with Run Sarah Run: launching this blog and the associated Just Giving page. Letting Run Sarah Run loose on the world. Ahhh, the internet is such a wonderful thing. But ooh, the pressure. The responsibility. I'm guessing that in the ideal world, blogs are interesting, amusing, entertaining. And, as many of you know, I have never claimed to be any of the above...

So what's the excitement?

Am excited to be bringing together a few of my passions, including:
1) running: not just the 26.2 miles on the day, but hundreds of the blessed things in training along the way
2) writing: blogging, begging emails, letters to businesses, thank you notes...
3) helping other people spend their money: £1500 to be exact. In the form of your generous, generous donations to Kith & Kidsempowering families living with disability to overcome their social isolation and access the services they need.

Am excited to be getting positive feedback and creative, constructive ideas from you guys that I've spoken to already, on ways to raise the money, and things to write about in the blog.

And now I'm losing the excitement and slipping more into anxious - I need to post this and get on my bike. It seems time doesn't stand still, and work doesn't wait, while I blog...
